Freedom Town Center is a large development in Fayetteville at the intersection of Skibo and Cliffdale Roads where the old Leisure Living Mobile Home park used to be located. 4D surveyed the site to develop a base map for design purposes. After working with many different chain store franchises, the developer, and the City engineering staff, plans have been completed for the site. 4D is also providing construction staking for the entire development.
