The Safety Motto is just the beginning of 4D Site Solution’s commitment to safety on site and in the workplace. We strive to continuously improve our safety and accident prevention through innovative safety programs that work towards minimizing risk.
Education and training are essential parts of any safety program. All three principals are OSHA trained and 4D Site Solutions has a full-time Safety Supervisor. Building on this, 4D Site Solutions provides field check lists, equipment check lists and site hazard evaluation forms for each project, as well as bi-weekly safety meetings. Every employee from the office staff to the field workers understands safe work practices and procedures. Every crew member attends an all-terrain vehicle (ATV) and towing safety course. Providing employees with a thorough understanding of potential hazards helps to be proactive in site-specific safety plans.
But safety extends beyond the job site. Because 4D Site Solutions realizes our most important asset is our staff, we require all staff to take First Aid/CPR training annually and recognize staff members with safety awards for being leaders for safe environments. 4D Site Solutions takes pride in having exceeded industry safety standards and figures every year.
