Jimmy Holland, PLS, Owner/Project
Manager- Jimmy, having 14 years experience, has been involved
with a broad range of surveying projects across the state. These
include ALTA, boundary, topography, Aerial photogramitry, GPS surveying,
sanitary sewer outfall lines, a wide variety of construction staking,
and horizontal and vertical control networks. Being Trimble GPS
(Global Positioning Systems) Systems trained, Jimmy heads the firms
innovative use of this highly advanced equipment in order to provide
our clients with professional services meeting their specific requirements.
This state of the art equipment will enable the firm to provide
a high quality service with minimum turn around times on all projects.

Christopher Pusey, PLS, Owner/Project
Manager - Chris has been serving as a Project Manager since
acquiring his Professional Surveyors License, having 17 years experience
he has taken on the responsibility of various construction, boundary,
topographic, as-built, specialty surveying projects, and surface
modeling. His focus of expertise is in roadway layout, including
an in-depth use of GPS, robotics and conventional instrumentation.
Chris is the leader in the development of the innovative uses of
these technologies applied to construction layout, roadway layout
and various other survey tasks. His experience with Land Development
Desktop Software has expedited the staking, mapping and design processes,
offering clients valuable information almost instantaneously. In
2005 Chris changed his professional focus to design work as the
company expanded into civil engineering. Today he and Scott Brown
run the design department of 4D utilizing Chris' experience in Land
Development, construction, surveying and construction staking to
sharpen the skill set of the design department and form a strong
line of communication between the two departments.

Scott Brown, PE, Owner/Project Manager
- Scott has over eleven years experience in the design,
development and management of site development projects ranging
from residential subdivisions to commercial sites. Scott’s
previous work experience includes work as a design engineer for
two consulting firms and work as a project engineer with the United
States Corps of Engineers Construction Division. Scott’s experience
in and out of the office allow for a more thorough understanding
of ensuring that the designs are constructible and cost effective
to the firm’s clients. Scott’s responsibilities include
design, review and preparation of construction drawings, preparation
of technical specifications, preparation of project proposals and
project management from concept through construction. Scott is responsible
for the design service line of the firm.

Sean Seever, PLS, Director of Mapping
and Drafting - Sean has been involved with various mapping
projects, his 12 years of experience in topography, boundary,
easement maps, and base-maps for engineering design are just some
of the areas his work is invaluable. Sean is very in tune with
all of the office software and has been instrumental in the development
and methodology that is used to produce submittals of raw calculations
for our construction projects. He has experience with mapping
laws, quality control, survey calculations for layout, DOT requirements,
and meeting rigorous schedule with demanding deadlines. His Mapping
& Drafting skills were exemplified with his 1st Place award
in the mapping contest at the 2003 NCSS Convention.

Justin Verlinger, Survey Office
Tech - Justin has been involved with a broad range of
surveying projects. He served 10 years as a military surveyor,
and has 10 years experience in the private sector. This experience
includes ALTA, boundary, topography, aerial photogramitry, sanitary
sewer outfall lines, horizontal and vertical control networks,
GPS & Robotic surveys, and a wide variety of construction
staking. Trained in the efficient use of all the firms' field
equipment, he adds an abundance of flexibility, which allows the
firm to meet their client's needs. Many times dire emergencies
have been reduced to small problems due to Justin's diligence
on the job..

Greg Marquez, Mapping Tech I-
Greg has been involved with many different types of projects, from
large boundary projects to small loan surveys and various different
engineering projects as well. He has consistently performed above
average work, and learned new skills his position requires quickly.
Greg handles most of the survey mapping for both boundaries and
topographic surveys and has started his cross training into the
realm of engineering and design work.

Elizabeth Rogers, Mapping Tech
I- Elizabeth is our most recent addition here at 4D.
Elizabeth has 4 years experience in land planning, residential,
commercial, utility, and storm water design. Central NC is scattered
with her projects and satisfied permitting authorities, clients,
and contractors. Her knowledge and skills add to the department's
ability to complete a higher volume of projects in a shorter duration.
Elizabeth has already proven that she is more than capable of
completing the work and has become a valuable member of the team.

Bobby Personette, Survey Party
Chief- Bobby has gained all of his surveying experience
here at 4D. He has worked hard during this time to understand
the standard operating procedures along with the fundamentals
of surveying. His ability to rapidly understand complex computations
and survey procedures will help elevate his status in the future.

I - Alberto has been with 4D now for just over a year
as a Survey Tech 1. Although his experience is limited, his hard
working and positive attitude has made up for his lack of experience.
Alberto continues to learn and grow as a survey field technician
everyday.

Luis has been surveying now for 3 years. Although he is new here
at 4D his experience and dedication to his trade is key to his
